LamLab Run Collective

LamLab Run Club is a free community run for anyone who wants to move more, meet great people, and build consistency with their fitness.

Whether you're brand new to running, getting back into it, or already love logging miles, this club is for you. Our group includes beginners, casual runners, and athletes who simply want a supportive place to run together without pressure.

We meet in Oakville and start from LamLab Fitness Mastery, using nearby routes that are safe, social, and beginner-friendly. Some people run the whole route, some run and walk — the goal is simply to show up and move.

The group is led by Anthony Lam, Franco Galvez and Alice Lim. We’ll run at different paces from casual to competitive so everyone can stay together.

Why we started this:
At LamLab, we believe fitness shouldn’t feel isolating or intimidating. The Run Club is our way of creating a “third place” — somewhere outside of work and home where people can connect, move their bodies, and build healthier habits together.

How it works:

  • Book a spot using the scheduler below

  • Show up at LamLab

  • Quick hello, route briefing and group warm-up

  • Run, jog, or walk with the group

  • Hang out after if you want (we’ll end up back at the gym or local coffee shop in DT Oakville)

No pressure. No pace requirements. Just good people, fresh air, and a consistent reason to move.
